What is included in the free trial?
The 14-day trial uses Starter limits: up to 5 websites, 10-minute uptime checks, 50 email alerts per month, and 7 days of incident history. No payment details are required.
What happens after the trial?
Monitoring pauses when the trial ends. Choose a paid monthly plan to keep checks, alerts, and history running.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
You can change plans from your billing area. The timing and any prorated charge depend on the payment provider for your subscription and are shown before confirmation. Downgrades do not automatically create a refund or credit.
What happens if I reach my alert limit?
Monitoring and incident recording continue, but SiteAlert cannot send more alerts through a channel after its monthly limit is reached. Usage resets with the next calendar month; upgrade if you need more alert capacity sooner.
Are WhatsApp alerts included?
WhatsApp alerts are included on Pro and Business plans. Starter includes email alerts only.
